Although the Province is made up of two Americans, two Irish, one English, thirteen Ghanaians, and seventy-four Nigerians, the English language is the medium of expression in the Province.

In 1930, our first sisters from Europe and America arrived in Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria. Today, we are in four African countries: Chad, Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroun. In these countries, we are working in education, leadership training, health services, pastoral work, and religious formation.

Through these ministries, we share in and with others our rich diverse cultures and fulfill our mission to help others believe that God lives and acts in them.
